In the last few weeks before your wedding, call your
wedding sites and service providers to reconfirm
important details. First, ask every site, service,
or supplier "Have we paid the minimum deposit
required for you to accommodate us on our wedding
day?" That will prevent no-shows due to missed
payments. Then discuss drop-off and pick-up times.
